At KBETH HAIR, we take pride in providing premium-quality wigs and custom hair products.
Because wigs are considered personal-use items, please carefully review our return policy before purchasing.

📅 Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✔ Item must be unused
✔ Lace must be uncut
✔ Hair must be unwashed, uncolored, and unstyled
✔ No product odor (perfume, smoke, etc.)
✔ No signs of installation or wear
✔ Original packaging intact

If these conditions are not met, the return request may be denied.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made wigs (custom length, density, lace type, color, hairline customization)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Wigs with cut lace

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, or washed

All custom orders are final sale.

🔍 Inspection Process

All returned items undergo a professional inspection before approval.

If the item does not meet our return standards, it will be:

  • Returned to the customer at their expense
    or

  • Refused without refund

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use.

💰 Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/provider).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the order qualified for free shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size

  • Incorrect product received

  • Manufacturer defect

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by KBETH HAIR.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Return address will be provided after approval.

⚠️ Important Notes for Wig Products

Due to hygiene and industry standards:

  • Slight differences in length (±0.5 inch)

  • Minor lace tone variation

  • Density tolerance differences

  • Natural shedding (minimal)

are not considered defects.

Human hair products may behave differently depending on maintenance and styling.

🛑 Chargeback & Fraud Protection

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before filing a dispute.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and require formal investigation with the payment provider.

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims.
