How long does processing take?

  • Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 1–3 business days

  • Custom Orders: 5–10 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.


How long does delivery take?

After shipment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • UK & Europe: 4–8 business days

  • Africa & Caribbean: 5–10 business days

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.


I didn’t receive my tracking number

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
If you still do not see tracking information, contact us with your order number.

Are your wigs 100% human hair?

Yes. We specialize in premium-quality human hair wigs designed for Black women, including lace front, HD lace, and custom units.


Can I customize my wig?

Yes. We offer customization options including:

  • Length

  • Density

  • Lace type

  • Cap size

  • Hairline customization

Custom orders require additional processing time and are final sale.


Why is there slight shedding?

Minimal shedding is normal for all human hair wigs, especially after initial brushing. Proper care reduces shedding and extends product life.


Why does the lace color look slightly different?

Lighting, skin tone, and monitor settings may cause slight variations. Minor lace tone differences are not considered defects.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under strict unused conditions:

  • Lace uncut

  • No installation

  • No washing or styling

  • No odor

Custom orders are final sale.

We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment gateways.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

If your payment fails, please:

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos

  • Short description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a solution.
